- Street Sk8er posted on 1/1/2000
- Street Sk8er scores with its raucous, tricks-heavy gameplay and is a must buy for skateboarders who're sick of playing all those damn snowboarding games. Gamers who aren't into skating will also find the gameplay fun, but will be able to see and do everything during a weekend rental.

- You could call Rollcage "Wipeout on Wheels," and it wouldn't be an insult. The whiplash gameplay and intense combat feel familiar, but confortably so. With so much style and substance, Rollcage ranks among the PlayStation's best fantasy racers

- Guardian Crusade's an overly clean, straightforward RPG that rarely shines but never disappoints. The quest will sate hardcore RPG fans looking for more of the same, but won't win over gamers looking for something fresh.

- Shadow Madness posted on 1/1/2000
- Shadow Madness could've been great - instead, you'll feel like you're attending an English class. Even though SM is still a solid game, if you only have money for one new RPG and you want some good action, go with Legend of Legaia.

- Bottom of the 9th posted on 1/1/2000
- Without an MLB license and snappier graphics, BOT9 will get lost in the N64 hardball shuffle. But if less-than-perfect graphics don't bother you, or you're a baseball newbie, BOT9 is for you.
